Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy and your personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as “data”) is important to Senseven. We therefore treat your data confidentially in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this policy, and we only ask you for information when we really need it.

This is a translation of our German privacy policy. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

1. Scope of this privacy policy

With this privacy policy we would like to inform you in particular about how Senseven handles personal data, which information about the users of our website is collected and analysed, and how it is subsequently used, passed on or otherwise processed.

2. Personal data

We may ask you for personal information such as

  • your name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • company details

This information is used for the following purposes:

  • providing information about our products and services
  • providing offers for our products and services
  • improving our products and services
  • investigating enquiries or complaints
  • complying with regulatory or legal obligations

3. Information on data processing

The data processed when you use our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion, and no other information is given below for individual processing operations.

4. Collection of information

Data provided by you

As a rule, you can use our website without providing any personal data. Where personal data (such as name, phone number or email address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis. If, for example, you use the contact form offered on our website, we need your name and email address.

Contact requests

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide will be used to process your request. Where necessary, we store your personal data for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation through performance to termination of a contract) and generally for 12 months after the end of the business relationship, unless longer retention is legally permitted for other reasons.

Disclosure to third parties

All data you send us is, of course, treated confidentially. As a rule, we do not make your data available to others for their use. Where this is necessary to answer your request, we may, with your consent, pass your data on to partner companies (e.g. Vallen Systeme) to process your request.

Automatically collected data

For the purposes of data security and the ongoing improvement of usability, we also collect non-personal data in connection with the use of our online services. For example, the internet browser used, the operating system, the country from which you access the website, the number of visits, the average length of stay and the pages you visit are stored.

Links to social media via graphic or text link

On our website we also promote our presence on the social networks listed below. They are integrated via a linked graphic of the respective network. Using this linked graphic prevents a connection from being established automatically to the server of the respective social network when a website with social media promotion is opened in order to display a graphic of that network. Only by clicking on the graphic is the user forwarded to the service of the respective social network.

Once the user has been forwarded, the respective network collects information about the user. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this way is processed in the USA.

This initially includes data such as IP address, date, time and the page visited. If the user is logged into their account with the respective network at the time, the network operator may be able to assign the information collected about this specific visit to the user's personal account. If the user interacts via a “Share” button of the respective network, this information may be stored in the user's personal account and possibly published. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being assigned directly to their account, they must log out before clicking on the graphic. It is also possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.

The following social networks are integrated into our site by link:

LinkedIn

LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA. Privacy policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

Google Analytics

Google Analytics, provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of our online services. The information generated by the cookie about your use is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated in the online services, however, Google will first shorten your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of the online services, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the online services, to compile reports on these activities and to provide the website operator with further services related to the use of the online services and the internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our online services in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of a website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en). Further information on the terms of use and data protection can be found at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/ and https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/

Microsoft Clarity

With your consent to the “Performance and analytics” category, we use Microsoft Clarity. The service creates aggregated usage statistics, heatmaps and masked session recordings to identify usability problems and drop-offs. Forms as well as the partner and support areas are masked. For this purpose, Clarity may set the cookies _clck and _clsk. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

YouTube

YouTube is operated by Google or YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you use one of our online services equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our online services you have used. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your browsing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Further information on how YouTube handles user data can be found in YouTube's privacy policy at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy

Use of SalesViewer® technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and store data for marketing, market research and optimisation purposes on the basis of the website operator's legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For this purpose, a JavaScript-based code is used to collect company-related data and for its corresponding use. The data collected with this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is pseudonymised immediately and is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website. The data stored by SalesViewer is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future by clicking this link https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your visits to this website in future. An opt-out cookie for this website will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you will need to click the link again.

Direct mailing campaigns

For individual letters or mailings to business contacts, we use personal codes, for example in a QR code or a link. If you open our website using such a code, we process the code, the time of access and your interactions on the respective campaign page (for example playing content or clicking on an appointment booking). We assign this information to your contact in our CRM (HubSpot) in order to follow up with you appropriately. Without a personal code, no such information is collected. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in approaching business contacts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the respective campaign, at the latest after 24 months. You can object at any time: office@senseven.ai.

5. Data security

We strive to keep your data secure within the framework of the applicable data protection laws. Due to the nature of the internet, however, we would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security gaps and that complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

6. Rights of users and data subjects

You can request information in writing about the data stored about you at any time. In connection with the use of your personal data, you also have the right to rectification, erasure, blocking and restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. For this and any further questions in this regard, please contact the office named under section 9.

7. No liability for linked partners

We also work with various partners who in turn offer websites and services that are accessible through our sites. These partners generally have their own privacy statements and/or policies. We accept no responsibility or liability for these statements and policies, which are not related to Senseven GmbH.

8. Changes to our privacy policy

Senseven reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Any changes will be published on this page.

9. Contact

For all questions relating to this privacy policy or the processing of your data, please contact:
